Privilege Club loyalty program

Every 2 years on your last status update, we reassess your tier level based on your rentals and rental days to stick to your needs. To move up to the next level or keep your current membership level, you need to reach or maintain the number of rentals or rental days required before your Tier level expiry date.

Club to Executive: 10 rentals or 40 rental days

Executive to Elite: 25 rentals or 85 rental days

Elite to Elite VIP: 40 rentals or 130 rental days

(1) Privilege Members will benefit from a faster vehicle pick-up process, provided they proceed to an advance booking online and that their profile is complete and up-to-date, or they have completed their online check-in before pick up time.

(2) Secured bookings until close of business at the rental location for Privilege members.

(3)Selected offers and promotions will be available only to Privilege members, subject to being opted-in to receive marketing content.

(5) The free rental offer is received after completion of 3rd rental once per year and is for 3 days maximum with the Saturday night included. The free weekend rental is applicable once per calendar year whatever the changes in the tier level.

(6) The coupon is applicable once per calendar year, whatever the change in the Privilege tier level. *Coupon values vary according to location and currency.

(7) This free weekend rental is only applicable when upgrading from a tier level to another.

(8) Free upgrades are subject to fleet availability. The free upgrade offer cannot be used on vans and trucks nor in conjunction with any free weekend. Maximum rental duration when using a car upgrade is 14 rental days.

(9) Privilege Elite and Elite VIP Members can benefit from one additional driver at no extra charge.

(10) Privilege Elite VIP Members will benefit from a one-off free annual membership for the Priority Pass service at over 1000 airport lounges worldwide, as well as the first visit free of charge.
